Day1: Arrive at the Entebbe international airport, met our representative who doubles to be your safari driver guide and transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:Head to east of the country through tree canopies of Uganda’s biggest rain forest of Mabira and numerous sugar cane plantations  before you branch off to that beautiful nature walk of the SSezibwa falls , continue to this ancient colonial industrial town ,settle for lunch and take a boat cruise to the source of Africa’s 6400km longest river , the Nile river as it takes course of 90 days from this point to the Mediterranean sea in Egypt .However you stand a chance of taking on an adventurous white water rafting on the same river.

Day 3: Embark on the transfer to Murchison falls national park north east of the country enjoying the beautiful scenic country side before you branch off at Nakitoma to the Zziwa Rhino sanctuary. This is the only point in Uganda where white rhinos are still surviving in a natural environment, take on rhino tracking which usually takes 1 to 2 hours and settle for lunch. Continue with the journey up to kichumbanyombo , the main park entrance with the biggest mahogany forest of Budongo on the southern bank of the Nile river that bisects the Murchison conservation area.

Day 4: Morning game drive, afternoon boat cruise on the Nile to the bottom of the falls then hike to the top of the world’s most powerful waterfall.

An early morning game drive that will offer you an impressive wildlife encounter, the activity goes for 3- 4 hours from different game tracks with possibilities of spotting lions, leopards, huge herds of African buffaloes, elephants, water bucks, kobs , oribis, heart beasts , giraffes , a wide number of different birds among others and off course beautiful landscapes  before retreating back to the lodge for a hot lunch. Later in the afternoon , take a boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison  falls where the Nile squeezes through an 8m wide gorge and plunges with a thundering roar into the Deville’s Cauldron creating trademark rainbow .The 3 hours boat encounter opens you to the thrilling Nile  river with chances of seeing the sub massive Nile crocodiles basking on the river banks , big schools  of hippos and plenty of water birds and then a hike to the thundering world’s most power full water fall as you join your guide for a drive back to a relaxed evening at the lodge .

Day 5: Transfer to Kibale Forest National park, Beautiful site seeing of the landscape and tea estate plantations.

After breakfast embark on the t transfer to Kibale forest national park, the world’s primate capital passing through the Butiaba escarpments of the great Albertine rift valley with beautiful views of the blue mountains in Congo. The drive will give you an impressive scenic country side with beautifully manicured tea estate plantations as you proceed to the lodge for an overnight.

Day 6; Do chimpanzee trekking. Early morning gather at kanyanchu visitor center for briefing from the respective park authorities whereby groups of 6 will be allocated to a ranger guide before the trekking exercise begins. This dense forest is home to an impressive number of primates and birds that include African Pitta, Red- Chested Owlet among others, lush flora and the human’s closest primates the chimps. Trekking these primates will go for 2-4hours whereby on your way there a bigger chances of spotting other 12 primate spices that are native to this forest like the black and white colobus monkey, Red –tailed monkey, Blue monkey, olive baboon, L- Hoest monkey , bush baby among others. Retreat from the activity and head to the lodge for hot lunch with options of taking an afternoon wet land walk with chances of sighting the great blue turaco and a hike to the top of the world that gives you the beautiful views of 3 different crater lakes as well as tea estate plantations.

Day7: Take the Ndali crater drive with the spectacular views of the Rwenzori mountains of the moon towards Queen Elizabeth national park before having a lunch break in Kasese town. Check in at your lodge and later go for an evening game drive in the kasenyi Plains.

Day 8:  Traverse the kasenyi plains  for a morning game drive of 2 to 5hours on various game tracks ,buffalo herds , elephants, kobs, water bucks, warthogs and the beautiful bunyampaka salt lake won’t be missed out ,settle at the mweya peninsula for a hot lunch and a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel , the 46 km stream of water that connects lakes Gorge and Edward will be an exact spot to see herds of elephants quenching their thirst on the channel bank, hippos , crocodiles and a number of different bird species . Reunite with your guide and drive back for dinner.

Day 9: For 70 km driving in the park, you will be welcomed to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park known for tree climbing lions, you can decide to continue with the morning game drive before checking in at your lodge for lunch or check in have lunch and go for an evening game drive dependingly.

Day 10: Heading extreme south west of the country in the misty thick forest, Bwndi impenetrable forest national park home of the rear mountain gorillas will be your next destination. This tropical forest being home to the worlds remaining population of mountain gorillas its by now a UNESCO heritage site as well.

Day 11: With the help of your guide, drive to the visitor briefing center at 7:30 Groups of 8 trackers will be allocated a ranger guide who will lead you for the gorilla tracking challenge. Hiking up and down the valleys of the thick impenetrable forest, you will make your way to finding these gentle giants, tracking usually goes for 4 to 8 hours depending on the movement of these primates but with a one full hour of photo moment as well as seeing them play, groom and socialize with each other. Retire from the forest and head back to the smallest national park on the slopes of the Virunga ranges, Mgahinga National park for golden monkey trekking.

Day 12: After an early cup of coffee, drive to this majestic natural beauty the of mount Mgahinga. This is the smallest national park of all the 10 national parks the country has with 33.7s square kilometers but the most scenic national park, sitting at an altitude of approximately 4127m, it’s also habitat for one gorilla family and it’s among the 7 Virunga ranges that make up the Virunga massif conservation area, this is also home to the rear small golden monkeys. After briefing, traverse the bamboo forest for a golden monkey trekking experience before you transfer to lake Bunyonyi for a relaxed evening.

Day 13: Boat cruise on lake Bunyonyi , Africa’s second deepest lake estimated to be between 45 to 900 m dotted with 29 different historical islands in the morning and then a hike to the Bwatwa (Pgymis ) people .After breakfast take a motorized boat to different historical islands on lake Buyonyi and continue to the Bwatwa people community and from here you will witness how their life used to be in the wild before they were gazette in one particular community where they are able to show case their culture through traditional dances.

Day 14: Transfer t lake Mburo national park. Take an afternoon tranquil 2 hours’ boat cruise on lake Mburo which is one out of the seven lakes that make up the park with hippo sightings as well as a number of bird species like kingfishers and fish eagles. Later in the evening a game drive will be a good idea, the park has a good network of game tracks through the acacia woodlands that will give an exciting way of viewing animal like the biggest antelopes, the elands, water bucks, impalas, buffaloes, duikers, bush bucks, zebras and giraffes, birds like the rufous- bellied heron, bateleur,coqui francolin, black-bellied bustards and the brown-chested lapwing won’t miss out.  Retire for your dinner and take on a night game drive to spot the nocturnal life, of cats like the leopard, hyenas, and bush babies before your overnight.

Day 15: After breakfast, take on a ranger guided walking safari. This is the only conservation area in Uganda that offers a walking safari in the park. Be part of this ranger guided safari walk with close encounters of all the animals on different water holes and the salt lick of Rwonyo up to Rubanga forest and the hilltop with gorgeous lake views. Horseback safaris are another exciting way to view wildlife in this park before you embark on your transfer back to Entebbe airport for your check in.
